WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Austria.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Luxembourg: 1-3 business days

  • France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Austria: 3-7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • 2 kg - 10 kg : 5.77€

    • 10 kg - 30 kg : 15.38€

  • France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal :

    • 0 kg - 2 kg : 9.74€

    • 2 kg - 10 kg : 16.24€

    • 10 kg - 30 kg : 32.48€

  • Italy, Spain :

    • 0 kg - 2 kg : 12.99€

    • 2 kg - 10 kg : 36.54€

    • 10 kg - 30 kg : 60.90€

  • Austria:

    • Flat fee: 16€

    • Per supplementary item: 3€

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through POST Luxembourg’s website.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders outside Luxembourg, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at buonitalianfashion@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

✔ Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
✔ Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Accessories (e.g., jewellery, hats, scarves) for hygiene reasons

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact Us at buonitalianfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or item, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no extra cost!
