HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW ITEMS TO THE SHOP?

New pieces are added weekly so you always have fresh styles to browse and shop.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Austria. For further requests, you can reach us at buonitalianfashion@gmail.com.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR EACH COUNTRY YOU DELIVER TO?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by country, please consult our Delivery Page for further information.

You can also pick up your parcel free of charge in our boutique in Diekirch.

For orders over €300 within Luxembourg, we offer same-day personal home delivery if you order before 5 PM.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your parcel through POST Luxembourg’s website.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same product in different sizes. However, we do accept returns.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER, AND DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Most items are available in sizes XS to XL (Italian sizes IT38 to IT46). You can find our complete size guide here.

CAN I STILL SHOP VIA INSTAGRAM AND TELEGRAM?

Yes! You can continue to order via Instagram or our Telegram channel.

Are your products limited edition, or will they be restocked?

Our pieces are limited edition—once a size is sold out, it won't be restocked.

If you love a style that’s no longer available in your size, contact us! We’ll check if we have a similar piece in our boutique, as not all items are listed online.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do! Gift cards are currently available by request via Instagram or Telegram.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

We hope this never happens, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at buonitalianfashion@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll resolve the issue at no extra cost.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Enter your discount code manually at checkout before payment. Be sure to match the exact spelling and capitalization of the code. Then click APPLY.
Discount codes are shared periodically through our newsletter and on our website. Subscribe to stay updated!
Please note:

  • Discount codes cannot be applied after your order is placed.

  • Refer to individual offer terms for conditions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY, BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—at no extra cost.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick delivery, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

However, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.

If your order has already been processed, you can still return it according to our return policy.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

To be eligible for a return, items must be clean, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

  • Accessories such as jewellery, hats, and scarves cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

Faulty items are, of course, always eligible for return.
Items that are used, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be refunded.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?

Yes! You can return online purchases at our flagship store located at:

30, Grand Rue, L-9240 Diekirch, Luxembourg.

Please bring your order number with you.

DOES ADDING AN ITEM TO MY SHOPPING BAG MEAN THAT IT’S RESERVED?

No—placing an item in your bag does not reserve it.

If another customer completes checkout first, the item may sell out.

If this happens, we’ll notify you via email and you won’t be charged.

ARE ALL STORE ITEMS AVAILABLE ONLINE?

We’re working to make all boutique items available online. Currently, there’s a 1–2 week delay between in-store and online availability.
