These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products through the website buonitalianfashion.lu (the "Site"), operated by V.W.Y.W. Sàrl (RCS Luxembourg B292604), trading as Buon Italian Fashion ("BIF", "we", "us").
By placing an order through the Site, you ("the customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope and Products
2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made through the Site by consumers residing in the countries listed on our Shipping page.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. BIF sources limited-quantity pieces from Italian designers and wholesalers; most items are limited to one unit per size and, once sold out, will not be restocked. This is disclosed on relevant product pages.
2.3 Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to photography and screen display and do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed and are detailed on our Shipping page.
3.3 Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider (Shopify Payments), supporting the payment methods listed at checkout (including major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
3.4 The contract of sale is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days within Luxembourg and 3–7 business days for other countries listed on our Shipping page.
4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. BIF is not liable for delays caused by the carrier (POST Luxembourg) or events outside our reasonable control.
4.3 Customs duties or import taxes that may apply to deliveries outside the EU (if applicable to your destination) are the responsibility of the recipient. For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply.
4.4 Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty.
5.2 BIF voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, giving you additional time beyond the legal minimum to decide.
5.3 Items marked as Sale or Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for withdrawal, return, or refund, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see Section 6.3).
5.4 To exercise your right of withdrawal on an eligible (non-final-sale) item, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to ciaobella@buonitalianfashion.lu) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
5.5 Additional exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons, where the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
5.6 Effects of withdrawal:
- If you withdraw from the entire order, we will reimburse the price paid and the standard delivery cost (i.e., the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us, as disclosed here and at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5.7 Goods must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and (where applicable) in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

6. Returns and Exchanges (Beyond the Withdrawal Period)
6.1 For items not marked as Sale or Final Sale, BIF accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return & Refund policy, including that items are unused, unworn, and tagged.
6.2 Because most items are limited to one unit per size, exchanges for a different size or item are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
6.3 Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for return or replacement at no cost, regardless of when the fault is reported (subject to the legal guarantee in Section 7), and are not affected by any of the exceptions above.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
7.1 As a consumer, you benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (transposed into Luxembourg law), which entitles you to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described, for up to 2 years from delivery. This is separate from, and in addition to, the withdrawal right and any voluntary return policy above.
7.2 To make a claim under this guarantee, contact ciaobella@buonitalianfashion.lu with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
8.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at ciaobella@buonitalianfashion.lu. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues promptly.
8.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, are habitually resident, which continue to apply where more favourable to you.
9.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
10. Amendments
BIF may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
