ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Accessories (e.g., jewellery, hats, scarves) for hygiene reasons

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

HOW TO RETURN

Contact Us at buonitalianfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or item, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no extra cost!
